Keto Cheese-Stuffed Bacon-Wrapped Chicken
Ingredients
- 4 Boneless and Skinless Chicken breast halves
- 4 oz Cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 8 Bacon slices
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Lay the chicken breast halves flat on a cutting board, and use a sharp knife to cut a pocket in the side of each chicken breast.
- Stuff each chicken breast pocket with equal amounts of the cheese mixture.
- Wrap 2 slices of bacon around each chicken breast, securing the ends with toothpicks.
- Place the chicken on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake the chicken for 30-35 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and let the chicken cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
