Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef sirloin cut into thin strips
  • 1 Onion diced
  • 2 Garlic cloves minced
  • 1 cup Sliced mushrooms preference
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Dried Thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Heat a large skillet or a pot over medium-high heat.
