Keto Caesar Salad
Ingredients
- 1 head Romaine lettuce chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic mined
- 2 tbsp Parmigiano Reggiano grated
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Anchovy filet optional
- Salt and pepper to taste
