Ingredients

  • 1 head Broccoli chopped
  • 4 cups Chicken or vegetable stock
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup Parmigiano Reggiano grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
