- 1 lb Large shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 4 Garlic cloves minced
- 1/4 cup Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/4 cup Fresh parsley chopped
- Salt and pepper  to taste
- Lemon wedges for garnish (optional)
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. 
- In the skillet, melt the butter and add the garlic. Cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. 
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and just cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side. 
- Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside. 
- In the same skillet, add the lemon juice and olive oil. Scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet. 
- Return the shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. 
- Remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley. 
- Season with salt and pepper, to taste. 
- Serve immediately, garnished with lemon wedges, if desired.
