Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Beef sirloin cut into thin strips
  • 1 Onion diced
  • 2 Garlic cloves minced
  • 1 cup Sliced mushrooms preference
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Dried Thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Keto Noodles

Instructions
 

  • Heat a large skillet or a pot over medium-high heat.
  • Add the butter and olive oil to the skillet.
  • Add the beef to the skillet and cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes.
  • Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the onions, garlic, and mushrooms. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
  • Add the paprika and thyme to the skillet, and stir.
  • Add the beef broth to the skillet and bring to a simmer.
  • Add the beef back into the skillet and stir to combine.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the sour cream.
  • Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  • Serve over a bed of Keto noodles.
