- 1 lb Chicken wings
- 1 tsp. Garlic powder
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp.  Black pepper
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp. Paprika
- 1 tsp. Onion powder
- 1/4 cup Parmigiano Reggiano grated
- 2 tbsp. Melted butter
- 2 tbsp. Olive oil
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 
- In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, paprika, and onion powder. 
- In a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter and olive oil. 
- Place the chicken wings on the prepared baking sheet and brush them with the butter and oil mixture. 
- Sprinkle the spice mixture over the chicken wings and toss to evenly coat. 
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the wings are crispy and cooked through. 
- Sprinkle the grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese over the wings and return to the oven for another 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
