  • 1 lb Chicken wings
  • 1 tsp. Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Black pepper
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp. Paprika
  • 1 tsp. Onion powder
  • 1/4 cup Parmigiano Reggiano grated
  • 2 tbsp. Melted butter
  • 2 tbsp. Olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, paprika, and onion powder.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter and olive oil.
  • Place the chicken wings on the prepared baking sheet and brush them with the butter and oil mixture.
  • Sprinkle the spice mixture over the chicken wings and toss to evenly coat.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
  • Sprinkle the grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese over the wings and return to the oven for another 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
