- 1 Head of cauliflower grated
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1/4 cup Parmigiano Reggiano cheese grated
- 1 Egg beaten
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup Marinara sauce
