Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp. Coconut oil
  • 1 Onion diced
  • 2 Garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp. Ginger grated
  • 1 Red bell pepper diced
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp. Red curry paste
  • 2 tbsp. Fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Lime juice
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp. Fresh cilantro chopped

Instructions
 

  • Heat the coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the onion, garlic, and ginger, and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
