Ingredients
- 4 Chicken breasts skinless
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
- 2 Garlic cloves minced
- 2 tbsp. Fresh parsley chopped
- 2 tbsp. Fresh basil chopped
- 1 tbsp. Fresh thyme chopped
- 1 tbsp. Fresh rosemary chopped
- 1/4 cup Lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, parsley, basil, thyme, rosemary, lemon juice, and chicken broth.
