  • 4 cups Romaine Lettuce chopped

  • 1 tbsp Red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the chopped lettuce, red onion, cucumber, bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, and black olives.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
