- 1 lb Beef sirloin cut into thin strips
- 1 Onion diced
- 2 Garlic cloves minced
- 1 cup Sliced mushrooms preference
- 1 cup Beef broth
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/4 tsp Dried Thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Keto Noodles
- Heat a large skillet or a pot over medium-high heat. 
- Add the butter and olive oil to the skillet. 
- Add the beef to the skillet and cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes. 
- Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside. 
- In the same skillet, add the onions, garlic, and mushrooms. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes. 
- Add the paprika and thyme to the skillet, and stir. 
- Add the beef broth to the skillet and bring to a simmer. 
- Add the beef back into the skillet and stir to combine. 
- Remove from heat and stir in the sour cream. 
- Season with salt and pepper, to taste. 
- Serve over a bed of Keto noodles.
