- 2 Ripe Avocados
- 2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. Sour Cream
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 1 Garlic Clove minced
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Paprika sprinkle for garnish, optional
Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half and remove the yolks into a medium mixing bowl. Place the egg whites aside.
In a separate bowl, mash the avocados until smooth.
Add the mashed avocado to the egg yolks along with the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Mix well until everything is combined and the mixture is creamy.
Spoon the mixture back into the egg whites.
Garnish with paprika (optional).
