Ingredients
  

  • 12 Large Eggs hard-boiled and peeled
  • 2 Ripe Avocados
  • 2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. Sour Cream
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1 Garlic Clove minced
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  • Paprika sprinkle for garnish, optional

Instructions
 

  • Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half and remove the yolks into a medium mixing bowl. Place the egg whites aside.
  • In a separate bowl, mash the avocados until smooth.
  • Add the mashed avocado to the egg yolks along with the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix well until everything is combined and the mixture is creamy.
  • Spoon the mixture back into the egg whites.
  • Garnish with paprika (optional).
