Ingredients
  

  • 4 Boneless and Skinless Chicken breast halves
  • 4 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 8 Bacon slices

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Lay the chicken breast halves flat on a cutting board, and use a sharp knife to cut a pocket in the side of each chicken breast.
  • Stuff each chicken breast pocket with equal amounts of the cheese mixture.
  • Wrap 2 slices of bacon around each chicken breast, securing the ends with toothpicks.
  • Place the chicken on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake the chicken for 30-35 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and the chicken is cooked through.
  • Remove from the oven and let the chicken cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
