Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/2 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese grated
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter melted
  • 2 Garlic Cloves minced
  • 1 tsp. Dried Basil
  • 1 tsp. Dried Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, mix together the almond flour, Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, eggs, melted butter, garlic, basil, oregano, and salt.
  • Grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper. Spread the mixture evenly on the sheet, about 1/4 inch thick.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Return to the oven and bake for another 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Cut into 10 slices and serve warm.
