- 1 cup Almond Flour
- 1/2 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese grated
- 2 Large Eggs
- 2 Tbsp. Butter melted
- 2 Garlic Cloves minced
- 1 tsp. Dried Basil
- 1 tsp. Dried Oregano
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large mixing bowl, mix together the almond flour, Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, eggs, melted butter, garlic, basil, oregano, and salt.
Grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper. Spread the mixture evenly on the sheet, about 1/4 inch thick. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Return to the oven and bake for another 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
