- 1 lb Asparagus trimmed
- 8 slices Bacon
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- 1/4  tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper. 
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, salt, and pepper. 
- Place the asparagus on the prepared baking sheet and brush with the olive oil mixture. 
- Cut the bacon slices in half and wrap each asparagus spear with one piece of bacon. Alternatively, you can wrap several asparagus spears with a piece of bacon.  
- Bake the asparagus for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the asparagus is tender. 
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
