Ingredients
  

  • 4 Large eggs
  • 4 Slices of bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 Avocado sliced
  • 1/4 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 Low-carb Tortillas
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp. Butter

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper to taste.
  • In a non-stick pan over medium heat, melt the butter and add the whisked eggs. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally until the eggs are cooked through.
  • Warm the tortillas in the microwave or oven.
