Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 4 Garlic cloves minced
  • 1/4 cup Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • In the skillet, melt the butter and add the garlic. Cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and just cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the lemon juice and olive oil. Scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
  • Return the shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  • Remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley.
  • Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  • Serve immediately, garnished with lemon wedges, if desired.
