  • 1 Green bell pepper sliced into thin strips
  • 1 Red onion sliced into thin strips
  • 1 tbsp. Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. Chili powder
  • 1 tsp. Ground cumin
  • 1 tsp. Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp. Butter
  • 8 Low-carb Tortillas or Lettuce leaves for serving

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix together the chicken strips, bell peppers, and red onion.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
