- 1 lb. Chicken breast  sliced into strips
- 1 Red bell pepper sliced into thin strips
- 1 Yellow bell pepper sliced into thin strips
- 1 Green bell pepper sliced into thin strips
- 1 Red onion sliced into thin strips
- 1 tbsp. Olive oil
- 2 tbsp. Chili powder
- 1 tsp. Ground cumin
- 1 tsp. Paprika
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. Onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp. Butter
- 8 Low-carb Tortillas or Lettuce leaves for serving
- In a large bowl, mix together the chicken strips, bell peppers, and red onion. 
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
