- 1 lb. Sirloin steak cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup Grass-fed butter
- 2 Garlic cloves minced
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish
- Heat a skillet or pan over medium-high heat. 
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the minced garlic, salt and pepper. Mix well. 
- Season the steak cubes with the garlic mixture, toss to coat evenly. 
- Once the pan is hot, add the butter to the pan. 
- Once the butter is melted, add the steak cubes to the pan. Cook for about 3-4 minutes per side or until desired doneness is reached. 
- Once the steak bites are cooked, remove from the heat and transfer to a plate. 
- Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.
