- 1 lb. Sirloin steak cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup Grass-fed butter
- 2 Garlic cloves minced
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish
Heat a skillet or pan over medium-high heat.
In a small mixing bowl, combine the minced garlic, salt and pepper. Mix well.
