Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. Sirloin steak cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup Grass-fed butter
  • 2 Garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Heat a skillet or pan over medium-high heat.
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine the minced garlic, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  • Season the steak cubes with the garlic mixture, toss to coat evenly.
  • Once the pan is hot, add the butter to the pan.
  • Once the butter is melted, add the steak cubes to the pan. Cook for about 3-4 minutes per side or until desired doneness is reached.
  • Once the steak bites are cooked, remove from the heat and transfer to a plate.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.
