Keto Avocado Deviled Eggs
Ingredients
- 12 Large Eggs hard-boiled and peeled
- 2 Ripe Avocados
- 2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. Sour Cream
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 1 Garlic Clove minced
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Paprika sprinkle for garnish, optional
Instructions
- Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half and remove the yolks into a medium mixing bowl. Place the egg whites aside.
- In a separate bowl, mash the avocados until smooth.
- Add the mashed avocado to the egg yolks along with the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
